music makes pylo so much better....

and i think it may of helped me burn some more calories since i danced in between moves and breaks. plyo still sucked at times, but music helped it go by faster. although at that half way point i wanted to stop again. but i pushed through. and i sweated my butt off. a good thing about the cardio workouts is that you dont have to do ab ripper x after. LOVE that.

now i have a question for anyone reading this (which is probably no one), does your stomach bloat after you work out? mine always does and it makes it hard to find the workout rewarding when i look like a big bloated mess. i have always wondered about this. any insight anyone?

i am anxious to be over with this week and then next week. i want to see some results. i dont have a problem doing the workouts (well a little), i just want the weeks to be over so i can see the difference.

once i'm a few more weeks further, i will tell you whether i recommend the all mighty p90x or not. i am thinking i will, but stay tuned.
